This Rice Paper design is so vibrant and pretty. 

Rice Paper Decoupage is thin delicate material, made from the rice-paper tree. It is printed by machine. It is thicker than napkin, but it keeps the same transparence and resistance.

Belle Rice papers are very easy to use. Apply glue on the background surface then smooth on rice paper starting at the centre of the sheet, pushing outwards with fingers to eliminate wrinkles and bubbles. Coat with finishing medium such as Newtons's Varnish and allow to dry.
