Rice paper-Pretty Clock and Cats A4

Rice Paper Decoupage is thin delicate material, made from the rice-paper tree. It is printed by machine. It is thicker than napkin, but it keeps the same transparence and resistance. Transparent but strong.

This is a single sheet approximately 21x29.7 cm. A4. Stamperia Rice papers are very easy to use. Apply glue with one of our especially designed Decoupage brushes  on background surface then smooth on rice paper starting at the center of the sheet, pushing outwards with fingers to eliminate wrinkles and bubbles. Coat with finishing medium such as Newtons's Varnish and allow to dry.

You can use the sheet as a whole cut out the elements you want or tear it for a shabby rustic look. When torn you get lovely little threads of the rice texture on the edges.
