Crackle Paste

Clear crackle paste to make crackle effects on most surfaces.

Hard and permanent when dry. Perfect for creating natural looking texture and adding dimension, great for journal pages, collage and home decor projects.

The size of the crackle will vary depending on the thickness of the layer.

Works on most surfaces.

For best results apply with a palette knife, texture tool or silicone brush. For more interest try mixing with Chalk or water based paints, inks, mica etc

Water based, archival safe, non toxic.

TIP:

Instead of using a glaze as they did in this video apply our Clear Lavender beeswax polish over the entire piece, let dry then apply our Newton's Antiquing Wax, Black wax or any of our darker coloured waxes over the crackle. 

Wipe the dark wax back gently while still wet.

This will enhance the crackle effect as the darker colours will remain in the cracks.
