Tissue Decoupage paper by Re-Design 

It is called tissue paper but it's much heavier and more textured than tissue paper as we know it. It feels more like the weight of a dryer pad.

Tissue papers are easy to use. Apply Decoupage Glue or similar with one of our soft decoupage brushes here onto the background surface then smooth on the tissue paper starting at the centre of the sheet, pushing outwards gently with fingers to eliminate wrinkles and bubbles. Coat with finishing medium such as our Newton's Varnish and allow to dry.
